When contacting us via communication channels, no additional charges apply other than those charged by your service provider (including any long-distance charges, etc.). Using this website and communicating via e-mail does not incur any special costs beyond those your internet service provider charges.

Limitation of Liability

AKCS d.o.o. makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up to date and accurate. However, product features, delivery times, or prices may change so rapidly that AKCS d.o.o. cannot update the information in time. In such cases, AKCS d.o.o. will inform the buyer of any changes and offer the option to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

AKCS d.o.o. reserves the right to withdraw from a contract in case of an obvious error (Article 46 of the Obligations Code). An “obvious error” refers to a mistake in the essential characteristics of the item or any errors that, by business custom or the parties’ intent, are deemed decisive and that AKCS d.o.o. would not have confirmed had it been aware of them. This includes obvious pricing errors.

All photos are symbolic, meaning that color shades or product appearances (e.g. publications) may differ from the actual items.

AKCS d.o.o. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for:

• Internet malfunctions;
• Service interruptions due to incorrect or unskilled use of services or applications;
• Service interruptions caused by network outages of contractual partners, power outages, or other technical issues that may temporarily disrupt service;
• Use of the website in ways contrary to commonly known internet safety practices;
• Any undesired or adverse consequences the user suffers due to improper website use.

Complaints and Disputes (Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution)

AKCS d.o.o. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, strives for amicable resolution of potential disputes, and ensures an effective complaint-handling system. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to shop@oduduwaeuropeshop.com. The complaint procedure is confidential.

Per legal provisions, AKCS d.o.o. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act.
